GSN Corporation collects personal information only to answer enquiries sent through this site, and handles it as set out here.
What we collect, and why
- Through the contact form: organisation, name, email address, the kind of organisation and the message. We use them only to reply to the enquiry and to discuss the programme it describes.
- The site keeps no accounts and asks for nothing else.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry is kept while it is being handled and for one year afterwards, then deleted.
Who handles it on our behalf
- Delivery of form messages to our inboxes: Resend (United States).
- Hosting of the site: Vercel (United States).
- Visitor statistics: Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records pages visited, device and approximate location. We do not use it to identify a person.
- The map on the contact page is an embedded Google Maps view; Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time, through the contact form or by telephone. We answer within a reasonable time.
How it is protected
- Everything sent to the site travels encrypted (HTTPS). Only the people who answer enquiries can read them.

Effective date
